![]() ![]() ![]() If you finally manage to go through all the trouble of doing that, then the next major hurdle - the obvious lack of drivers for all your new hardware. There is a way to get it to run with a FAT32 partition, if you install the version of DOS that came with Windows 98 (equivalent to DOS 7.x) and then do a search for the little hack that will allow Win 3.11 to run on that version of DOS. This of course means, that your HDD partitions will be limited to FAT16 and thus 2Gb each. Traditionally, you'd install MS-DOS 6+ first and then Win 3.11. An area that you're going to run into problems, is the Hard Drive.
